๐Ÿ“Š Infrastructure Calculator

Determine the ideal number of IPs, servers, and sending time required for your daily email volume.

Understanding the Metrics

Scaling email delivery is about balancing volume, speed, and reputation. Using the right infrastructure prevents over-saturating mail servers, which can lead to blocks and blacklistings.

  • **Emails Per IP:** A core metric. ISPs often limit the amount of email a single IP can send before throttling. We use conservative estimates based on your reputation stage.
  • **Required Servers (Nodes):** This is the computing power needed to process the volume at the desired speed. We recommend slightly more servers than IPs for redundancy and performance overhead.
  • **Total Sending Window:** The total time, in hours and minutes, it will take to send your entire volume at the specified speed. Keeping this window short (under 4 hours) is often preferable for time-sensitive campaigns.

Reputation Stage Guidelines

The number of emails you can safely send per IP is directly tied to your sender reputation:

  • **Low (New/Cold IP):** We limit volume to **10,000 emails per IP per day**. This is safe for new domains just starting the warmup process.
  • **Medium (Warmed Up/Mixed IP):** We allow up to **25,000 emails per IP per day**. Suitable for domains that have completed their initial warmup (20-30 days).
  • **High (Established/Premium IP):** We allow up to **50,000 emails per IP per day**. This is reserved for aged, high-reputation domains using dedicated or certified IPs.
